I would give Golf Sim Rooms 6 stars if I could. From the moment I first contacted Ben my experience has been nothing short of first class. It is clear they really care about delivering a premium product and a first rate customer experience. In collaboration with LogCabinsForSaleUK they dealt effortlessly with my endless questions, changes to spec and complications with planning and the local wildlife. They are very good at what they do and the end result is everything I could have hoped for. They only use high quality components so you end up with a very professional installation customised however you want. All the fitters we had on site worked extremely hard and took great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d been considering a golf simulator for a few months before contacting GSR, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the first conversation, Matt was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I originally had TrackMan in mind, but rather than trying to sell me the most expensive option, he explained that for my level (28 handicap) I really didn’t need it and recommended a setup better suited to me. That gave me a lot of confidence straight away. Matt visited the next day, talked me through everything and also suggested designing the room so it could double as a cinema, which has turned out to be a massive bonus. The installation team, Jack, Marcus, Mark and Pasquale, were equally brilliant. We had a few issues our end because the room wasn’t quite ready, but rather than rushing ahead, they worked around us so we could get additional plastering done and achieve the finish we wanted. They were polite, clean, tidy and their attention to detail was excellent. They completed the flooring, acoustic walling and full simulator installation. We even had a faulty LED strip afterwards and getting it replaced was no problem at all. The finished golf simulator is unbelievable. The software is fantastic, they took the time to show me how everything worked, and the whole room has massively exceeded my expectations. I’d 100% recommend GSR. Great advice, great workmanship and, most importantly, they genuinely seem interested in giving you the right setup rather than simply selling you the most expensive one.

Very positive experience installing a full golf simulator. The initial consultation was thorough and set out the various options available to us, with no hard sell. Once the decision to proceed was made, all timetables were kept to. The installation of the simulator was professional and completed on time. Every person from GSR that we interacted with was friendly and determined to do their best for us. We are very happy with the finished product.

I have been very impressed with GSR from initial contact through to final installation. Matt visited my home at the outset to discuss the project with me personally. Setting up a chat group enabled easy communication between Cameron, myself and third party contractors, as a result everything went smoothly and according to plan. The final installation was undertaken efficiently and on schedule by Ben and his team. I am absolutely delighted with the final result – I no longer have any excuses if my handicap doesn’t reduce significantly !

From the get go, I felt comfortable speaking with Matt and the team. The simulator is an expensive piece of kit and knowing I was speaking to an experienced team made it an enjoyable relationship. Seeing works already completed made up my mind about engaging GSR. The planning and meetings were second to none and upon installation had a great team involved with the job. No problems were encountered and had a good handover session. This was backed up by Chris arriving 4 days later and running through the complete process. Well done GSR, top marks.

We have had a phenomenal experience with GSR. From the very first call with Ben P scoping out a pipe dream to our in-house installation we have been thoroughly impressed. Ben ensured we had the set-up that met our needs (where he could have needlessly upsold to what i thought we needed). This built trust immediately and ever since the whole GSR team have supported the project brilliantly. We now have a space that is perfect for our teenage golfer and already inspiring his 5 year old sister. Just seeing the look on friends and family faces when they see the space tells us we made the right choice. Don’t go anywhere else for a sim room!

GSR installed a SIM in an existing building that required a great deal of planning and ingenuity to create. The outcome was exceptional. These guys are super professional and excellent at their job. They have created a very luxurious and polished finish to my Sim room in my garden annexe. I plan to spend many happy hours there working on my game and using it as a cinema room. Their after service is also spot on and responsive. In short, they are simply the best as my research had indicated.

GSR exceeded all my expectations when creating my sim. From back office to build the service has been second to none. They prioritise quality and attention to detail over speed. They do not cut corners. Nothing seemed to phase them and there was a always a solution. The post care has been excellent. Like all things tech, it takes a get of getting used to and you are never made to feel that you are pestering them for advice. I can not recommend them highly enough.
